The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

The on-site sauna, fitness centre and indoor golf facilities are closed every first Tuesday of each month.

Grand Premier Pool Suite. Boasting panoramic views of Mount Namsan and Seoul city, large suite features a separate living area with comfortable sofas. Located on floors 11 and 12, this suite features an in-room private pool. ;
Banyan Pool Deluxe. Located on the 6th floor and above of the hotels club annex, club deluxe room boasts surrounding city views. The calming room with wooden and marble furnishing includes an in-room private pool. Guests at club deluxe room have easy access to the hotel facilities such as indoor swimming pool, fitness centre and spa and wellness centre,located within the club annex. ;
